AI catalog and lookbook software for fine-jewelry brands.
- The problem
- Fine-jewelry brands built catalogs by hand from thousands of emailed SKUs and images.
- What I did
- Ran the discovery on-site, then built the product solo: a Python pipeline from SKUs to branded PDF lookbooks.
- The result
- First paying client at $2,500, 2.5x their budget cap.

The problem
Fine-jewelry brands built catalogs by hand from thousands of emailed SKUs and images.
What I built
A catalog pipeline. It pulls thousands of SKUs and images from the client's line-sheet emails through Dropbox and Zapier, matches each image to its SKU, and validates them for the lookbook and wishlist views.
Then the lookbook itself: 750 lines of Python that turn a spreadsheet selection into an 11-page branded PDF.
How it sold
The client capped the budget at $1,000. I went in person, demoed the build, expanded the scope, and closed at $2,500.
Result
Our first paying client, at 2.5x their budget cap. Saved the client 30 minutes per lookbook.
