Stop 1 · the clinic

Filed 200+ faxes with an agent that refuses to guess.

lower est. cost per fax
~80%lower est. cost per fax
checkout success, live sessions
33% → 100%checkout success, live sessions
Problem:
Clinic staff filed every incoming fax by hand, and the first screen-clicking agent guessed when it wasn't sure.
What I did:
Rebuilt it as code-based tools with guardrails that match patients, block duplicates, and refuse to guess.

#1 of 1,493most-cited domain in tracked AI answers
Problem:
A 25,000-page launch flooded Google's crawler, and the signup metric the company steered by was mostly bots.
What I did:
Diagnosed why dead pages never left Google's index, shipped an indexing quality gate, and rebuilt signup tracking to measure the real funnel.

Problem:
Fine-jewelry brands built catalogs by hand from thousands of emailed SKUs and images.
What I did:
Ran the discovery on-site, then built the product solo: a Python pipeline from SKUs to branded PDF lookbooks.

Problem:
Speech-language pathologists wrote therapy notes from memory after sessions.
What I did:
Built cited retrieval on PostgreSQL full-text search around their SOAP note workflow. Then traced a primary-key mismatch that emptied every note lookup and fixed it across 14 call sites in 8 tables.

Stop 6 · Duke

A doctor helps whoever walks into one room. Software reaches every room with the same problem.

Most people call me Shrivi. I was pre-med until I shadowed a neurosurgeon. A delivery driver needed a spinal fusion, but his claim was denied and he couldn't afford the time off work. He got injections instead. I switched to engineering.

Healthcare still runs on fax and manual clicks. That makes it the hardest place to start and the clearest proof. It's where I'm starting, not where I'm stopping.

How I work

The user is never who you assumed.

  • AphasiaGPT: Therapists wanted their note format kept, not replaced.
  • Anchor: The jewelry client wanted his catalog mirrored, not a design tool.
  • iRx: The buyer was the clinic, not the patient.
  • Beacon: The agent said it succeeded with every field empty. Now a harness checks.

Stop 7 · the stage

Off the clock

  • Dance

12 Bollywood performances since 10th grade, including the 2024 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. 3 college competitions, 3 college shows, and 2nd place at a high school competition.

  • Running the money

I'm Finance Chair for Rhydhun, Duke's competitive Bollywood fusion team. I built our budget request, asked the student finance committee for $4,000, and got all of it. They called it the best case they'd seen. I raised $1,000+ more through campus events.

  • The Cancun call

I took the Beacon interview from vacation in Cancun. I pitched the founder with my Channel3 work and walked the CTO through my machine payments build. The offer came from that call.
